On March 28, 2018 we earned the international Rice Milling HACCP certification. We were the second rice-milling plant in Kumamoto Prefecture and the twelfth within Kyushu to do so. By adopting this standard we comply with global food-safety norms and aim to meet consumer expectations for safe food, growing through improved quality and stable supply under the pillars of reassurance, safety, and delight.

Our procurement staff buy ingredients that match customer needs and carefully inspect quality with their eyes and equipment upon arrival.
To keep quality high, we use refrigerated warehouses so customers can enjoy consistently tasty rice year-round.
In our Quality Control Office we conduct strict inspections on both raw materials and finished products in line with Rice Milling HACCP standards, analyzing safety through mechanical and sensory testing.
This enables us to deliver safe, reliable rice and to identify causes quickly and respond promptly when customers raise concerns.
